(Left to right) Fireflower (Mario brothers), bell bags (Animal Crossing), cloud (Mario brothers) and star Mario brothers).

I wanted to do something different so I thought about knitting little sacks that can hold small items. Inspired from :icon: I decided to use pixel art on my knitting. Mario items are so cool! :D

I used a crochet hook to chain stitch the rope that closes the sacks and added beads at both ends for decoration. :D

I was originally planning to use a knitting technique called Intarsia on the sacks unfortunately it came out a disaster on a test I did. So I used darning stitch to sew the pattern on instead. :D

Measurements:- H: 12cm and W: 9.5cm.

The Bell bag is my favorite, I would love to have a bunch of those in different sizes.

I have a "how-to-crochet" book, I really should learn (I know this is knitting though).

LOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE. Oh gosh, so cuuuute~! I'm a huge fan of both knitting and nerdy purses/bags... this is so great!
Huh, I wonder why intarsia didn't work... I always use intarisia, because I can never get duplicate stitching to look right.

They're precious! <3 Did you just thread the drawstrings through, or knit actual buttonholes? I've been thinking about trying drawstrings, but I'm skeered. ^_^;;;

Ahh, don't give up on intarsia! It takes practice, but once you've got it, you'll really get hooked! ^_~

I made several button holes for the sacks, it took me a few attempts to get the right number of button holes to get the sack closed tightly. :D you should definitely try making drawstrings it'll look great with your intarsia! :D I'll keep practicing on my intarsia hopefully I'll be as good as you. :D
